Alpine rescue pulka: Art 403,

The pulka is very stable and spacious. It has excellent directional flow on loose snow as well as icy surfaces. It has stabilising hull and protective hood for the patient's head. The pulka fibreglass reinforced polyethylene hull is light, requires minimal maintenance, and is unaffected by temperature changes. It has replaceable runners of durable polyethylene - the same type used on our expedition pulkas.

Aluminium edges provide additional directional stability.The shaft system is flexible and may be used by one or two skiers. Our flexible shafts are easily adjusted to the skier(s) and terrain, and they provide excellent control since the shafts are attached to the outer rim of the hull.
The cover has a removable window with a two-way zipper. Inner and outer straps safely secure the patient. The pulk also has an insulating, closed-cell mattress.
The spaciousness of the Model 220 Alpine Pulk accommodates medical equipment, such as vacuum mattress, and a patient with size = 195 cm

Model 207

Alpine lift pulka: Art 407

This smaller and lighter version of Model 220 is designed for use with stiff shafts, allowing the skiers to lift the pulk to pass through difficult terrain. The Alpine Lift manoeuvres well on loose snow as well as icy surfaces. It has a stabilising hull form and a protective hood for the patient's head.
The pulka fibreglass reinforced polyethylene hull is light, requires minimal maintenance, and is unaffected by temperature changes. Replaceable runners of durable polyethylene - the same type used on our expedition pulks. Aluminium edges provide additional directional stability.
A practical tunnel-shaped Cordura cover effectively protects the patient against wind and snow. The cover has a window and a two-way zipper makes it completely removable. Inner and outer straps safely secure the patient. The pulk also has an insulating, closed-cell mattress. Aluminium runners and edges provide excellent directional stability. Standard equipment includes alpine shafts that can be used by one or two skiers, allowing quick attachment and detachment.

Model 200

Ski patrol pulka : Art 401, 402

This light pulk is practical for transporting a patient. It is popular with Mountain Rescue Teams, the Norwegian Air Ambulance, and with dog-owners. The pulk is also practical for cargo and equipment (ART 401 in combination with ART 702 and 711). The roomy nylon cover (water-repellent) has draw-string enclosure and compression straps. Polyethylene runners and aluminium edges.

Art. 402 is also equipped with inner straps for securing the patient, and has an insulating, closed-cell mattress. Standard equipment includes our flexible alpine shaft system, which may be used by one or two skiers. These can quickly be removed and replaced by a shaft for a snowmobile (ART 807), or collapsed above the pulk, as required.
ART 401 is equipped with standard shaft attachments, with straps, and may be pulled by skiers or dog-teams. (See accessories.) If you use a dog-team, you should equip the pulk with brakes (ART 765)

Model 205

Stretcher pulka : Art 408

The Stretcher pulka is specially designed for transporting injured persons up and down tight spaces (such as tunnels and shafts), and under extreme conditions. It allows excellent horizontal and vertical manoeuvring. The pulk has a certified fastening system for winch pulls (up to 600 kg load).
Its solid fibreglass construction can endure rough treatment, and has the advantage of less friction against uneven surfaces than traditional stretchers. The Pulk Stretcher has numerous features to ensure a safe position for the patient being evacuated - head and neck support, crotch harness, leg supports, outer straps, and an insulating, shock-absorbing mattress.
